Cancellation Policy
Since our products and services are delivered digitally, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed and access to the content has been granted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The payment has been deducted but the purchased service/course was not activated.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- Technical issues on our platform prevented access to the purchased service and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of usage of the purchased course or service.
- User dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations.
- Downloaded digital content, study materials, PDFs, recorded classes, or mock tests that have already been accessed.
- Incorrect purchases made by the user.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
